My debut mixtape that chronicles a descent into pursuing a career in music and a lifestyle that envelops everything I do.

Descent was written 3 years ago in 2013 but I lacked the resources, connections, and identity to bring it all together into a cohesive experience not only for myself, but for anyone who chooses to indulge in it

The sonic influences for "Descent" range from technical death metal, neo-soul, progressive instrumental fusion and experimental hip-hop

Lyrically, Descent represents a culmination of video game references, post-war introspection, dry dark humor, satires of pop culture and ironically indulging in contemporary rap trends and tropes. Everything is told in a disjointed manner and jumps from topic to topic, lacking focus and never pushing one agenda for more than a bar.
